What we offer (coming 2027)

  • A weekly box of vegetables based on what’s harvested that week.

    Crops include:

    Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Kale, Collards, Mustard Greens, Swiss Chard, Arugula, Lettuce, Carrots, Beets, Kohlrabi, Radish, Turnips, Pak Choi

    Tomatoes, Squash, Zucchini, Okra, Jalapenos, Italian Sweet Peppers, Bell Peppers, Sweet Potatoes, Onions

    Potential frozen foods (locally sourced and vetted): Corn, Green Beans

  • Wholesale produce sales to local businesses and organizations.

Launching August 2027

I will be continuing to farm at Freedom Acres Farm until August of 2027. The ground is being prepared to be worked and cover cropped until spring when the neighbor’s cattle will be brought onto the farm. After grazing it down really low then it will be double disked, plots will be measured off, and beds built with a BCS tractor.
